How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Field Trainer – South (retail) | Niche Fragrance


    We are working with one of the most exciting, high-growth niche fragrance brands, known for its unique olfactory storytelling and elevated retail experience.


    As part of their continued UK expansion, they are looking to appoint a Field Trainer – South to elevate in-store performance, develop retail teams, and bring the brand’s universe to life across key doors.


    This is a field-based role, focused on Greater London and the South, working closely with retail partners and internal teams to drive both client experience and commercial performance.


    The Role

    • Deliver impactful in-store training and coaching across key retail accounts
    • Elevate client experience through storytelling, product knowledge and service standards
    • Support sales growth by improving retail execution and team capability
    • Lead onboarding and continuous learning programmes for retail teams
    • Partner with commercial and marketing teams to align training with business objectives
    • Track performance and adapt training strategies based on results


    About You

    • Strong background within luxury fragrance or beauty retail
    • Experience in field training, coaching or retail development
    • Confident delivering training to diverse audiences, from shop floor teams to VIP environments
    • Commercially minded with a passion for driving performance in-store
    • Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
