Document Controller
A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Document Controller to be based in Southampton on a £170M scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy contractor with plenty of large schemes in and around the region.
About the role of Document Controller:
As the Document Controller you will be responsible for supporting the site team and Design Team and client. Traditionally working across high spec large scale commercial schemes up to £300M.
Responsibilities for Document Controller:
- Continuous maintenance and monitoring of files in line with business and industry standards
- Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Configuration and preparation of work flows, sample submissions and other reportable data
Requirements for Document Controller:
- Previous experience using relevant systems including Dalux & Viewpoint
- Comprehensive Understanding of industry standards including ISO 19650
- Background working on similar value schemes
