How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Fractional CEO / CEO Consultant will provide hands-on executive leadership and strategic guidance to accelerate growth, optimize operations, and strengthen market positioning. This role is ideal for an experienced iGaming executive who can integrate into the business, diagnose challenges, and deliver measurable impact. Focused on multimarket Casino and Sportsbook product with proven success.


    Responsibilities

    • Define and refine corporate strategy, including market expansion, product positioning, and competitive differentiation
    • Act as a senior advisor to founders, board members, and investors
    • Assess and optimize existing operational structures, processes, and KPIs
    • Complete comprehensive business and performance audit
    • Implement scalable frameworks to support rapid growth
    • Oversee revenue growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, and monetization
    • Evaluate and improve ROI across marketing channels (affiliate, paid media, SEO, etc.)
    • Ensure alignment with key regulatory frameworks (Curacao)
    • Provide clear reporting on business performance, risks, and opportunities
    • Support leadership team development and succession planning
    • Mentor and support C-suite and senior leadership
    • Build high-performance culture aligned with company objectives
    • Strengthened leadership structure and accountability framework
    • Actionable plan for growth, funding, or exit (if applicable)


    Experience Required

    • Proven track record as CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive within iGaming coming from a multimarket tier one operator.
    • Strong financial background, deep understanding of budgeting, FP&A and M&A.
    • Well versed in gap analysis and internal audit completion.
    • Deep understanding of online casino and sportsbook operations
    • Experience scaling businesses in global online markets
    • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated revenue growth success
    • M&A, fundraising, or exit experience.
