How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Proven Non-Functional Test (NFT) Lead with strong API and automation skills within an Asset Management environment required for a prestigious financial service client in London.


    Key skills required

    • Proven experience leading and executing non-functional testing for large-scale transformation programmes.
    • Strong hands-on expertise in performance, load, and volume testing, including tooling such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or K6.
    • Demonstrable experience contributing to automation initiatives.
    • Strong understanding of automation as an enabler of NFT, regression, and end-to-end quality, not as an end in itself.
    • Confidence operating across strategy, assurance, and hands-on delivery depending on programme needs.


    The role will involve;


    Own and assurance

    • You will lead the Non-Functional Test strategy for the organisation, covering performance, load, volume, scalability, resilience, and reliability.
    • Define and manage non-functional requirements (NFRs) in collaboration with business, architecture, and platform teams.
    • Design and execute end-to-end NFT scenarios across Aladdin and its integrated ecosystem, including batch, data, API, and UI layers.
    • Lead delivery of load, stress, volume, and peak processing tests, including month-end, quarter-end, and rebalance scenarios.
    • Provide NFT go-live assurance, including risk articulation, readiness assessments, and senior stakeholder recommendations.


    Test Automation and Delivery

    Provide hands-on support to test automation activities where required, including:

    • Contributing to or extending existing automation frameworks.
    • Automating non-functional and cross-system test scenarios where appropriate.
    • Collaborate closely with test automation engineers and architects to ensure:
    • Automation supports NFT and end-to-end quality objectives.
    • Tooling and frameworks are fit-for-purpose for Aladdin-centric testing.
    • Advocate for intelligent use of automation to accelerate regression coverage, data setup, and repeatable testing without over-engineering.
    • Support CI/CD-aligned quality practices that integrate functional, non-functional, and automated testing outputs.


    The ideal candidate will have recently completed a similar NFT Lead role for another Asset Management company and will be keen to apply lessons learnt within a new dynamic environment.
