This role leads global policy and regulatory strategy across a complex, multi-market food supply chain. It ensures the business stays ahead of evolving food safety, product, and welfare regulations by translating them into clear, practical actions across R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams. The position owns relationships with regulators, drives governance and compliance frameworks, and builds organisational capability, acting as the senior authority on regulatory risk, decision-making, and external credibility.
