This is a standout role for a seasoned Loans Agency Operations professional to step into a pivotal position within a high-performing, expanding team. You will be the technical backbone of Loan agency administration, ensuring flawless execution and compliance across the entire loan lifecycle. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing critical relationships with lenders, borrowers, and internal stakeholders, while your ability to interpret and apply loan documentation will set the standard for operational excellence.

What You Will Do
- Loan Lifecycle Mastery: Take full ownership of the administration of syndicated loan facilities as agent, from drawdowns and rollovers to repayments and fee calculations, ensuring adherence to facility agreements.
- Documentation: Scrutinise loan facility agreements, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues with authority—ensuring operational processes align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for relationship managers, legal teams, lenders, and borrowers, delivering clear, accurate, and timely communications, notices, and statements.
- Mentorship & Expertise: Provide technical guidance to junior administrators and serve as the go-to expert for complex agency matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in loan administration or agency services, with a strong background in syndicated loans
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with LoanIQ (highly desirable) and a solid understanding of LMA standards.
- Professional Mindset: A client-first approach, with a sharp sense of accountability, risk awareness, and collaboration. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
