You will be joining a reinforced engineering team to bridge the gap between high-end UI design and technical implementation. This is a role for a developer who is meticulous about the little details, page load times, modular architecture, and creating a seamless, user experience.

The Technical Landscape
* Primary Stack: Expert-level Vue.js, JavaScript, and CSS.
* Design-Led: Collaborating with a specialised design team to deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI.
* Innovation: Building modular features for complex user permissions, gamification engines, and high-traffic platform tools.
* Ecosystem: The platform uses a Laravel headless backend; while you aren't expected to be a backend dev, an understanding of how to work within this ecosystem is a plus.
* Modern Workflow: Embracing AI-assisted productivity tools (like Claude Code) to enhance output while maintaining strong manual reasoning and logic.
Requirements
* Experience: 5+ years of commercial experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or product-led environment.
* Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in Vue.js and a solid grasp of modern HTML/CSS.
* Ownership: A proactive do-er who takes responsibility for code quality and testing.
* Detail Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for high-performance web systems.
