Role responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils with SEN
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress to inform learning strategies
Create a positive, calm, and supportive classroom environment
Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure pupils achieve their potential
Adapt the curriculum to meet the specific learning needs of each studentThe ideal candidate will hold UK Qualified Teacher Status and have experience working with pupils with complex SEN, including ASD and moderate learning difficulties.
