Salary: £70,000 + Benefits

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join our client’s growing team, supporting the delivery of commercial and industrial projects with values up to £3 million. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in securing and delivering high-quality mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC projects up to £3m
Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Produce detailed take-offs for materials, labour, and equipment
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
Support the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams
Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions
Maintain and update estimating databases and cost models
Requirements:

Proven experience in HVAC estimating within commercial and/or industrial sectors
Strong understanding of mechanical building services systems
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
Desirable:

Experience working on Design & Build tenders
Familiarity with a range of estimating software platforms
Broader knowledge of mechanical project delivery processes
