Class Teacher Primary - KS1/KS2

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and ensuring every child achieves their full potential across a broad and balanced curriculum.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging, inclusive and well-planned lessons across KS1 and/or KS2, supporting pupils of varying abilities, and contributing to a positive and collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the primary curriculum
Assess, track and support pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes for all learners
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leadership teams
Support pupils' personal, social and emotional development
Contribute to wider school life, enrichment activities and curriculum developmentCandidate Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a primary setting (KS1 or KS2 desirable)
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons across mixed ability groups
Strong classroom management skills
A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and high expectations for all pupils
