Sales Demonstrator & Installer

Location: Winchester
Hours: Full-time, 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with additional hours and weekend work during peak seasons)

We are recruiting for a Sales Demonstrator & Installer to join a well-established agricultural business. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting machinery demonstrations, installations, and customer handovers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain machinery for demonstrations, ensuring high presentation standards
Carry out machine demonstrations and record detailed reports
Assist with customer handovers, including training and follow-up support
Install and set up GPS and telematics systems on machinery
Provide operator training and guidance on equipment use
Support the organisation of training events, shows, and demonstrations
Maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliersSkills & Experience Required
Experience operating modern agricultural machinery
Good understanding of GPS, precision farming, and telematics systems
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
IT literate and confident using systems and software
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
Full UK driving licence required
Forklift, telehandler, PA1/PA2 certificates desirableWhat’s on Offer
