The Role
You will be working on high-specification private properties, covering all aspects of carpentry from structural stages through to the final, intricate details.
Key Responsibilities:

1st Fix: Structural timber work, including roofing, joists, and studwork.

2nd Fix: High-quality door hanging, intricate skirting, architraves, and fitting bespoke cabinetry/joinery.

Ensuring all work is executed to an elite standard consistent with luxury residential expectations.

Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe working environment on-site.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

Experience: A solid background in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, specifically within high-end or luxury residential environments.

Tools: A full kit of professional-grade power and hand tools.

Standards: A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work from technical drawings.
