Senior Quantity Surveyor

Benjamin Grace are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing business working on high-profile projects within a fast-paced environment.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to final account. This Senior Quantity Surveyor position offers long-term career progression, exposure to major infrastructure works and the opportunity to work within a strong and supportive commercial team.
Key Responsibilities

Produce CVR/CTC reports, cost reports and forecasts
*
Manage cash flow and overall commercial performance across projects
*
Oversee EWNs, CEs, applications, claims and dispute resolution
*
Lead subcontract procurement, negotiation and payment processes
*
Ensure effective contract management and commercial risk mitigation
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the supply chain
*
Support and mentor junior commercial team members
About You
*
Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, construction or major projects
*
Strong commercial awareness with excellent cost control and reporting experience
*
Strong understanding of contracts and commercial management processes
*
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*
Infrastructure and/or rail experience would be highly advantageous
