This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive school with a strong focus on early childhood development. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children.
You will be expected to:
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework
* Monitor, assess and record children’s progress effectively
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
* Support children’s social, emotional and educational development
* Maintain a well-organised and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching within a Nursery or EYFS setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* A passion for early years education and child development
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
