Key Responsibilities:
As a Seasonal Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in daily kitchen operations:
Support the Head Chef with day-to-day running of the kitchen
Lead service and ensure consistent food quality
Supervise and motivate the kitchen team
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
What we're looking for:
To succeed as a Seasonal Sous Chef, you'll need:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Confidence in leading a team in a busy kitchen
A passion for fresh, seasonal food
Strong organisational and communication skills
