MRICS Surveyor & Reg. Valuer

We are seeking an experienced MRICS Surveyor and Registered Valuer to join a reputable property consultancy specialising in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing valuation advice, property assessments, and professional reports to a wide range of clients, including investors, landlords, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct valuations for various purposes, including secured lending, development appraisals, and investment analysis.

* Provide expert property advice to clients across residential and commercial sectors.

* Prepare professional valuation reports in compliance with RICS standards.

* Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews, and other professional consultancy work.

* Support client acquisition and build strong, long-term relationships.

Requirements:

* Full MRICS qualification with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.

* Registered Valuer status with RICS.

* Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, property law, and market trends.

* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
