How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Junior Product Manager – Cheshire – Up to £35,000 pa + Benefits – REF 067

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global, innovation-driven organisation operating within a highly regulated environment. The business is a well-established, multinational company with a strong presence across the UK and Europe, delivering high-quality products to markets worldwide. With continued investment in R&D and a focus on growth, they are now looking to expand their product management team.

    As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products across multiple portfolios. Working closely with commercial, marketing, and technical teams, you will play a key role in delivering product strategies, supporting new product launches, and ensuring the portfolio remains competitive within the market.

    You will be responsible for building product data to support claims, developing marketing materials, analysing market trends, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure products meet both performance and commercial requirements. This role will also involve supporting tender activity, monitoring competitor activity, and contributing to pricing strategies and business planning.

    Skills & Experience Needed:
    • Degree educated in Marketing, Business, Product Management or similar
    • Proven marketing skillset with strong analytical capabilities
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

    Desired:
    • Experience working within a regulated environment (e.g. medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals)
    • B2B marketing experience
