How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Current available start times range between 16:00 -> 03:00, with allocations aligned to business demand.

Shifts are typically 8 to 12 hours in length and will not normally exceed 12 hours. The role averages 40 hours per week, although actual shift length may vary to meet operational requirements.

AND potentially shuttling between different P&G Distribution Centres in the UK

    Equipment: curtain side drop trailer.

Typical routine: Pick up of skeleton trailer with container, deliver to port, lift off/lift on container and deliver back to P&G Plant.

    What P&G will offer you:

Competitive Compensation: We offer a highly competitive compensation broken down as follows:

    Base Pay: £16.80 per hour

Market Premium: £3.00 per hour for all hours worked

Overtime Pay: 1.5 times the combined rate of base pay and market premium for overtime hours worked from Monday to Saturday. 2 times the combined rate of base pay and market premium for overtime hours worked on Sundays

Benefits: P&G take a Total Rewards approach meaning on top of your competitive salary you can expect a whole range of benefits including: Double Matched Pension Scheme; Private Medical Insurance; P&G Contributed Share Programme; 25 Days' Holiday, and your own ‘Flex4Me’ fund where you can allocate a portion of your benefits package to the areas that matter most to you.

Continuous Coaching & Mentorship: We are passionate about our work. We will make sure you receive both formal training and regular mentorship from your manager and others.
