Manufacturing Operative

KFM are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment in the HU9 area.

If you’re hands-on, not afraid of physical work, and looking for long-term opportunities – this could be a great fit.

Day Shift (06:00 – 15:30)
Overtime Available - £18.75 per hour

The Role:

Working across a variety of machinery and production areas
Carrying out general labouring and warehouse duties
Supporting machine operation (training provided where needed)
Handling physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
What we’re looking for:

Previous labouring experience is essential
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Machine operating experience is a bonus (not essential)
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Reliability is key – we’re looking for people who show up and get stuck in
