You will take "cell ownership," managing the throughput of product while ensuring every bag meets our high quality and safety standards.
The Role
This isn't just a production line job; you will be responsible for the efficiency of your specific area. Your day-to-day will include:
Operating machinery and ensuring efficient cell operation.
Supervising agency staff within your cell.
Completing vital food safety, quality, and health and safety paperwork.
Performing Critical Control Point (CCP) checks to guarantee product legality.
Maintaining a clean, safe environment by following site safety procedures.
Shift Patterns & Pay
We operate on a rotating shift basis to keep our fresh produce moving:
Hours: 07:00 to 19:00 (Days) and 19:00 to 07:00 (Nights).
Day Rate: £12.24 per hour.
Night Rate: £13.40 per hour.
Note: Rates are subject to an upcoming increase in line with National Minimum Wage adjustments.
