Horticultural Worker

We are recruiting Seasonal Horticultural Workers / Horticultural Operatives to support our long‑standing client during a busy seasonal period. This is an immediate start role based on the outskirts of Horsham; therefore candidates must have access to their own transport.

Horticultural Workers Responsibilities:

* Planting, potting, spacing and cropping plants

* General plant maintenance and care

* Stock rotation and quality checking

* Placing plants onto trays for production and dispatch

* Working within greenhouses and outdoor environments

* Assisting within the dispatch and packing area when required

* Meeting daily production and output targets

* Working efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

* Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments

Hours of Work:

* Monday to Friday

* 08:00 – 16:30

Location:

* Outskirts of Horsham

* Own transport required due to limited public transport access

Horticultural Workers Requirements:

* Access to own transport is essential

* Previous experience as a Production Worker (preferred but not essential)
