- Set the direction for complex, enterprise-level programmes aligned to long-term business strategy
- Lead and inspire senior programme, project, and business analysis professionals
- Own resource strategy across a large-scale change portfolio—balancing capacity, capability, and cost
- Act as the senior escalation point for critical risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Shape a high-performance, delivery-led culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Operations, IT, Business Architecture, and Executive stakeholders to ensure transformation delivers real, lasting value
- Represent change delivery at Executive and Board-level forums, deputising where required
