Trainee/Junior Recruiter (Technology - National Security & Defence)
- Location: Central Manchester (brand-new, state-of-the-art office). A 5 minute walk form either St Peters Square or Deansgate tram stop
- Salary: £26,000 base + OTE Year 1 £30–40k + benefits

What you’ll do
- Learn the full 360° recruitment craft with hands-on coaching from senior NS&D recruiters.
- Use market-leading tech from day one: LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, SourceBreaker, Broadbean, Cube19 and more.
- Source, qualify and match high-calibre candidates to live roles across NS&D and tech.
- Speak to people every day — building relationships with candidates and clients over phone and video.
- Contribute ideas for social content, engagement campaigns and community building.
- Develop real commercial awareness of the NS&D market and sharpen your negotiation skills.
What success looks like (your first 6 months)
- Month 1: Master the tools, place your first candidates into interview, learn our quality standards.
- Month 3: Own a niche talent pool, run shortlists, start closing your first deals.
- Month 6: Manage roles end-to-end, contribute revenue consistently, map out your own desk and future team.
