Role
- Primarily focussed on the commercial and transactional elements of the market, supporting technology sector clients
- From licensing and outsourcing agreements through to software, data and AI matters, this would be a broad role with an opportunity to define your own specialism
- Leading on strategic advisory matters across the market
- A clear mandate to grow the practice and a team of specialists
- Support of not only the sector head, but confidence in the firm's wider support as part of their growth strategy
You
- Partner or a senior solicitor who is ready to step up to partnership
- Ambitious with a significant existing client following
- Demonstrable success of developing both client business and ideally a team
