HR Operations (FTC)
London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
£60,000 – £65,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit two HR Operations professionals on 6-month and 12-month fixed-term contracts. These roles sit within a high-performing People function and offer ownership of HR operations across designated business areas, supporting a fast-paced, international environment.
The Role
You will take responsibility for delivering HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions and leave)
- Providing guidance to managers on HR policies, processes and best practice
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
- Managing absence, performance and employee relations cases
- Supporting benefits administration and payroll inputs
- Maintaining HR data and documentation within HR systems (e.g. Oracle)
- Supporting reporting, audit requirements and process improvements
- Contributing to HR projects across the wider People team
About You
- Experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Advisor roles
- Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident working with managers and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and familiar with AI tools (e.g Copilot, Claude and Perplexity)
- Experience within professional services, consultancy, financial services or global organisations is highly desirable.
