How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    HR Operations (FTC)

    London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

    £60,000 – £65,000 + bonus + excellent benefits


    We are partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit two HR Operations professionals on 6-month and 12-month fixed-term contracts. These roles sit within a high-performing People function and offer ownership of HR operations across designated business areas, supporting a fast-paced, international environment.


    The Role

    You will take responsibility for delivering HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions and leave)
    • Providing guidance to managers on HR policies, processes and best practice
    • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
    • Managing absence, performance and employee relations cases
    • Supporting benefits administration and payroll inputs
    • Maintaining HR data and documentation within HR systems (e.g. Oracle)
    • Supporting reporting, audit requirements and process improvements
    • Contributing to HR projects across the wider People team


    About You

    • Experience in HR Operations, People Operations or HR Advisor roles
    • Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle
    • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Confident working with managers and stakeholders
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Knowledge of HR systems and familiar with AI tools (e.g Copilot, Claude and Perplexity)
    • Experience within professional services, consultancy, financial services or global organisations is highly desirable.
