We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver a high quality, customer focused People service across a multi-site hospitality operation. Working closely with operational and head office leaders, you will play a key role in driving people initiatives, supporting organisational change, and building high performing teams aligned to business goals.
The role:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR strategy, organisational design, and workforce planning initiatives
- Coach and develop managers, building leadership capability and supporting performance, conduct, and absence management
- Lead complex employee relations cases, providing expert employment law advice and liaising with legal advisors where needed
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, identifying and developing talent while driving engagement and retention
- Deliver training, analyse HR data, and support change initiatives through reporting, insights, and people projects
Experience:
- Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior generalist role, ideally within a multi-site or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Strong influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with excellent organisational ability
- Experience with HR systems such as Harri is highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent) preferred
