This role combines project and professional services across public sector estates including refurbishment, retrofit and building safety programmes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver surveys, due diligence and technical reporting
- Manage refurbishment and retrofit project delivery
- Undertake EWS inspections and building safety work
- Administer construction contracts
- Advise on compliance and asset management strategies
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or related field
- MRICS or working towards APC
- Minimum five years relevant experience
- Consultancy or private practice background
- Experience across project and professional services
