Salary: £28,000 per annum + commission
Hours: 0900 – 1730, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Location: Holborn, London - fully onsite
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with clinical experience (ideally NMC/HCPC/etc/ overseas equivalent) to join us to support patients looking to register with us.
Role Duties:
- Dealing with new patient registrations.
- Liaising with patients via email as well as inbound and outbound calls.
- Booking patients in for their initial consultation.
- Contacting patients interested in registering with service
- Communicating with patient GP, if necessary, both in sourcing information and responding to queries
Qualification/Experience for Role:
- Extensive experience within a high performing sales or recruitment role desired
- Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred
- Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues effectively and efficiently
- Interest or background within medical cannabis preferred
- Clinical experience within a healthcare-based setting (UK/Overseas) preferred
