How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Salary: £28,000 per annum + commission

    Hours: 0900 – 1730, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

    Location: Holborn, London - fully onsite

    Contract: Full Time and Permanent


    Role Summary:

    We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with clinical experience (ideally NMC/HCPC/etc/ overseas equivalent) to join us to support patients looking to register with us.


    Role Duties:

    • Dealing with new patient registrations.
    • Liaising with patients via email as well as inbound and outbound calls.
    • Booking patients in for their initial consultation.
    • Contacting patients interested in registering with service
    • Communicating with patient GP, if necessary, both in sourcing information and responding to queries


    Qualification/Experience for Role:

    • Extensive experience within a high performing sales or recruitment role desired
    • Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred
    • Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues effectively and efficiently
    • Interest or background within medical cannabis preferred
    • Clinical experience within a healthcare-based setting (UK/Overseas) preferred
