We are working with a leading US law firm in London looking to hire two Structured Finance Associates (2–8 PQE).

The Role
You will work on complex, cross-border CLO transactions, advising across the full lifecycle including issuances, refinancing, warehouse structures, and broader structured credit matters. The team operates at the top end of the market, acting on high-value, technically sophisticated deals for leading financial institutions and asset managers.

The Team

Candidate Profile
- 2–8 PQE with direct CLO experience (essential)
- Strong grounding in structured finance from a top-tier US, Magic Circle, or international firm
- Deep understanding of CLO structures and documentation
- Commercial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a growing, specialist team
- Confident communicator, able to clearly articulate deal experience
Process & Package
- Typically a 2–3 stage, partner-led interview process
- Cravath salary with competitive bonus structure (including sign-on potential)
