How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support the review, enhancement, and ongoing development of an existing CRM platform.


    This role will play a key part in assessing the current solution, shaping technical designs, and delivering improvements aligned to evolving business needs. You will work closely with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and support teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.



    Key Responsibilities

    Review the current Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution, identifying:

    • Immediate upgrade or improvement opportunities
    • Technical risks and areas for optimisation
    • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to:
    • Refine and support business requirements
    • Provide technical input during discovery and design phases
    • Produce technical designs and solution approaches aligned to best practice


    Deliver hands-on development and configuration within Dynamics CRM, including:

    • Customisations, workflows, and plugins
    • Enhancements and defect resolution


    Support testing phases (system testing & UAT):

    • Troubleshoot and resolve defects
    • Ensure solutions meet both business and technical requirements
    • Perform data cleansing and bulk data uploads, ensuring data quality and integrity
    • Provide knowledge transfer and basic awareness sessions to support teams
    • Ensure all solutions are well-documented, maintainable, and aligned to long-term strategy


    Essential

    • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
    • Proven experience as a technical developer and solution designer
    • Experience delivering end-to-end CRM enhancements and changes
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
