Job Title: PA to CEO & CIO (Asset Management)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits
We are working exclusively with a highly regarded, fast-growing asset management firm to appoint a top-tier Personal Assistant to support both the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-trust, high-impact role at the centre of a sophisticated investment business. The successful candidate will operate as the right hand to two of the most senior figures in the organisation, ensuring their time is optimised, priorities are executed seamlessly, and communications are managed with precision and discretion.
The Role
You will provide dedicated, high-level support to both the CEO and CIO, acting as a critical enabler of their effectiveness across strategic, operational, and external commitments.
This is not a standard PA role — it requires someone who is confident operating in a high-performance investment environment, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordination of internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, including board members, investors, and external partners
- Preparation of briefing packs, agendas, and follow-up actions for key meetings
- Extensive international travel coordination, including end-to-end logistics
- Inbox management, prioritisation, and drafting correspondence where appropriate
- Acting as a key liaison between the CEO, CIO, and internal teams (Investment, IR, Operations, Compliance, etc.)
- Supporting board meetings, investment committees, and investor presentations
- Tracking actions, deadlines, and key deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Handling highly confidential information with absolute discretion
The Candidate
We are looking for a proven EA/PA who has operated at C-suite or senior executive level within asset management, investment banking, private equity, or a similarly fast-paced financial services environment.
You will bring:
- Demonstrable experience supporting senior executives in a high-pressure environment
- Strong understanding of financial markets or investment organisations (highly desirable)
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- A proactive, anticipatory approach — you solve problems before they arise
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and diary management tools
- Resilience, adaptability, and a calm approach under pressure
