Core Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Advise on data privacy (GDPR) and intellectual property matters.
- Manage internal governance and corporate compliance.
- Provide legal support for international expansion and new partnerships.
Required qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal professional with tech industry experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
- Ability to simplify complex legal jargon for non-legal stakeholders.
