How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Customer Insights Lead

    London - Hybrid 2x a week

    Up to 80,000 + bonus


    This is a high impact leadership role for someone who wants to shape how customer insight is used across a complex organisation. You will sit at the heart of analytics, insight and reporting, setting direction while remaining close to delivery. The role offers genuine scope to influence strategy, improve decision making and build a lasting customer insight capability.

Data and analytics play a critical role in how they design products, engage customers and drive commercial performance. The business is investing in modern insight capability, self-service reporting and advanced analytics to support transformation across multiple functions.


    The Role

    • Act as the strategic lead connecting customer insight, central analytics, BI and self service reporting.
    • Define and drive the customer insight vision, operating model and prioritisation framework.
    • Work closely with analytics and insight leaders to uplift capability and ways of working.
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insight that informs strategy and change.
    • Partner with teams across marketing, product, data science and technology to embed insight into decision making.
    • Balance strategic direction with hands on delivery, contributing directly to analysis, tooling and insight output.
    • Champion confidence in customer data as a trusted strategic asset across the organisation.


    Your Skills and Experience

    • Strong commercial experience in customer analytics and insight leadership.
    • Advanced SQL capability and strong experience with Power BI or similar self service BI tools.
    • Ability to use Python for analysis and insight generation is highly desirable.
    • Proven experience building or supporting predictive insight, models or analytical frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of scalable insight delivery and self service reporting models.
    • Confident stakeholder partner who can drive ownership, delivery and measurable outcomes.
