I’m working on a fantastic opportunity for a Content Specialist to join one of the world’s leading tech companies, supporting large-scale digital content publishing operations.
💰 £178.72 per day + holiday pay (PAYE)
📍 London | 5 days onsite
📅 12-month contract (May 2026 start)
🕒 9:30am – 5:30pm
🔍 What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on operations role at the heart of content publishing — ensuring digital content is delivered accurately, on time, and at scale.
You’ll:
- Act as a key point of contact for content providers, managing queries and escalations
- Monitor publishing schedules and ensure timely content delivery
- Troubleshoot metadata and ingestion issues impacting content availability
- Manage high-volume workflows and queues, working within SLA timelines
- Support reporting, performance tracking, and operational improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple international markets
✅ What we’re looking for
- Experience in content operations, publishing, catalog, or similar operational roles
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in high-volume environments
- Confident stakeholder communication (internal + external)
- A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, metadata, or content systems
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
