What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and managing a team during live events
- Overseeing event setup, coordination, and execution
- Acting as the main point of contact on the day
- Ensuring high standards of customer experience
- Training and developing new team members
- Handling any on-the-day challenges and problem solving
What we’re looking for:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience in events, hospitality, or team leadership (preferred but not essential)
- A positive, can-do attitude
