Recruiter (Full Desk) – London
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Base Salary: £40K – £55K base + Uncapped commission

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a full desk Recruiter to help establish and grow our London presence. This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you will manage both candidate recruitment and client development, acting as a true owner of your desk.
You will be responsible for building relationships across the London market, delivering top talent to clients, and contributing to the long-term success of our UK business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a full desk: candidate sourcing + client development/business generation
- Build and develop a strong network within the London market
- Conduct daily outreach and cold calls to both candidates and prospective clients
- Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and provide market insight
- Develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
- Advise clients on market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies
- Manage interview coordination, feedback, and candidate experience
- Lead offer negotiations and successfully close placements
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (agency experience preferred)
- Full desk experience preferred OR strong knowledge of the London market
- Comfortable with business development / sales activity
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Goal-driven, competitive, and self-motivated
