We are working with a leading international law firm in London looking to hire a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (2–6 PQE) into a highly regarded and growing team.

The Role
You will advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious restructuring matters, including financial restructurings, insolvency processes, distressed M&A, and special situations. The team acts for a range of stakeholders including credit funds, lenders, sponsors, and corporates, often on cross-border mandates.
