A design-led, craft-focused luxury interior specialist is seeking a senior commercial leader to take enterprise-wide ownership of its commercial function. Operating across London and international markets, the company delivers exceptional private residential projects, combining design excellence with world-class craftsmanship.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role focused on strengthening commercial discipline, improving profitability, and building a scalable platform for international growth. You will work closely with senior leadership across design, finance, and operations to ensure projects are won, priced, and delivered with rigour and consistency.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Quantity Surveying, alongside proven experience in leading commercial strategy within high-end construction, interiors, or related sectors. This foundation will support robust cost management, contract oversight, and financial control across complex, design-led projects.
