How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Heyoo is a fast-growing customer experience operations consultancy with big ambitions. We help businesses thrive through marketing, automation and technology. Our team works across the UK, Middle East and Africa, and North America, partnering with global enterprises to deliver transformative digital solutions. Our clients don't come to us for vague ideas, they come for serious results.

We're a trusted HubSpot partner, working alongside world-class platforms including Aircall, Surfe, Maqsam, Apollo, Supered, and Databox. Supered is our digital adoption tool of choice and it's central to how we drive lasting platform adoption for our clients.

Due to our continued growth across EMEA and the US, we're looking for a Learning & Development Lead to join our team.

This is a role for someone who believes that great training isn't just instruction; it's an experience.

You'll lead the design and delivery of HubSpot training and adoption programmes for our clients, turning what could be dry platform onboarding into something genuinely memorable. You'll take the brilliant work our team does and package it into structured, scalable enablement that gets people not just using HubSpot, but loving it.

    What you'll do

    –    Lead the design and delivery of HubSpot training and adoption programmes across our client portfolio — from onboarding through to advanced capability building

    –    Develop compelling training content across multiple formats: live sessions, e-learning modules, video walkthroughs, in-app guidance, and self-serve documentation

    –    Use Supered to build innovative in-app adoption experiences - tooltips, checklists, flows and contextual guidance that meet users where they are

    –    Translate complex HubSpot functionality into clear, engaging learning journeys tailored to different roles, skill levels, and industries

    –    Track and report on adoption metrics, identifying where users are dropping off or disengaging and designing interventions that get them back on track

    –    Work closely with our delivery, consulting, and technical teams to capture internal best practice and turn it into client-ready training assets

    –    Build scalable enablement frameworks that can be adapted quickly across new client engagements

    –    Champion user enablement as a discipline within Heyoo, continuously raising the bar for what great adoption looks like

    You'll have:

We're looking for someone with a real flair for bringing knowledge to life - someone who gets energy from helping people grow and who knows that the difference between a tool people tolerate and a tool people love is almost always down to how well they were taught to use it.

    –    3+ years in a learning and development, training, or user enablement role - ideally within a SaaS, consultancy, or technology environment

    –    Hands-on experience with HubSpot across multiple Hubs - you don't need to be a developer, but you need to know the platform well enough to teach it confidently

    –    Experience with digital adoption platforms (Supered, WalkMe, Pendo, or similar) to build in-app guidance and onboarding experiences

    –    A strong instinct for instructional design - you know how to structure learning progressions that stick

    –    Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to deliver engaging sessions to mixed-ability groups

    –    The ability to take complex, technical concepts and make them feel simple, accessible and even exciting

    –    A data-informed approach to adoption - you measure what matters and act on what you find

    –    A collaborative, proactive mindset and a high bar for the quality of everything you put in front of clients

    Our benefits include

    –    Up to 40 days paid time off (including holidays, Christmas break and your birthday)

    –    Hybrid working and flexible hours

    –    Global working opportunities

    –    Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support

    –    Vitality Health Plan and Company Pension

    –    Personal development programmes with access to global partner training

    –    Cycle to Work and Bright Exchange discount schemes

    –    Maternity/Paternity support for new parents

If you're looking for a place where you can grow fast, think freely and make a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.
