We are currently looking for a Senior Multi-Displinary Designer with a focus on packaging (Freelance) to join a leading FMCG company in the Beauty space, supporting global haircare and skincare brands.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and redesign of packaging, making sure it fits the brand and technical guidelines
- Create final artwork and ready-to-produce assets (like dielines, mockups, and color proofs)
- Work closely with teams like R&D and suppliers to ensure designs are doable and of high quality
- Turn brand strategy into packaging that stands out on shelves and tells a strong story
- Explore new visual ideas and help build mood boards for innovation and premium design
- Bring concepts to life, from rough sketches to polished mockups, staying on top of design trends
- Keep packaging consistent across all touchpoints, while supporting sustainable and fresh ideas
Hard Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in packaging design (previous experience with beauty or premium products is compulsory)
- Degree in Design (Graphic, Industrial, Packaging, or similar)
- A strong portfolio showing creative, detailed, and well-executed packaging work
- Experience creating key visuals
- Strong experience in 3D rendering
- Know-how to create print-ready files and work with production teams
- Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience with artwork finalization
- Nice to have: Figma, Sketch, After Effects, or AI tools like Midjourney and Firefly
- Advanced english

- Passionate about packaging as a strategic brand asset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
- Strong sense of aesthetics and current design trends, especially in premium beauty
- Ability to manage multiple packaging projects with agility
- Team player with excellent communication skills and accountability
- Interest or experience in sustainable/circular design practices
- Global perspective and sensitivity to different market cultures (e.g., US, Brazil, Southeast Asia)
