An international mid-market investment bank is seeking an Associate to join its Healthcare team in London.
The role involves supporting the execution of global healthcare M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, and preparation of marketing and transaction materials. The Associate will work closely with senior bankers and clients, contribute to transaction management, and support business development and origination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A transactions across healthcare sub-sectors
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis
- Prepare presentations, information memoranda and other transaction materials
- Assist in managing transaction processes and timelines
- Contribute to origination and sector research
Requirements
- 4–7 years’ relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance
- M&A transaction experience with exposure to execution workstreams
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Team-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach
