How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Market Researcher with an Interest in AI Development

    London/Hybrid

    £55,000 to £65,000 + bens


    An amazing opportunity for a qualitative or mixed-methods market researcher with a passion for all things AI and product development to pivot their career into product engineering.


    We seek a a high-performing Researcher, with experience from a market research agency, who's starting to feel the pull away from pure research and towards building things. You don't need to write code, but you should be genuinely hands-on with AI in your day-to-day and curious about how systems get built. Any experience of vibe coding would be an advantage. Key for your application will be to be able to demonstrate evidence of having built something (tools, automations, workflows) in a previous role or in your personal life.

They are leading the way in the use of AI to sharpen up what clients use to gain a deeper consumer understanding or public opinion so are well placed to grow and thrive.     They already have a super talented team of engineers, data scientists and researchers in place and are growing fast. This newly created role will be embedded in the product and engineering team, working directly on features and iterating on the AI system, bringing qualitative domain expertise into how the product is built and improved.
