We are seeking an exceptional CTA-qualified Client Advisor to join our advisory team.
The Role
This is a client-facing advisory role focused on delivering sophisticated tax and strategic advice to entrepreneurial clients. You will work closely with business owners, supporting them across a broad range of matters including structuring, transactions, and personal tax planning.
This is not a compliance-heavy role. While you will provide oversight on compliance matters, your primary focus will be on high-value advisory work and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-net-worth entrepreneurial clients
- Providing strategic tax advice across both corporate and personal matters
- Leading client meetings and delivering clear, confident, and commercially grounded advice
- Identifying planning opportunities and supporting clients through complex transactions
- Overseeing (but not undertaking) compliance work to ensure quality and accuracy
- Contributing to business development and growing client relationships
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, properly reviewed, and fully signed off within agreed budgets and timelines.
About You
- CTA qualified (essential)
- Proven experience in a client-facing advisory role
- Strong technical expertise across UK tax (corporate and personal)
- An excellent communicator and confident orator, comfortable engaging with sophisticated clients
- Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Able to build credibility quickly and operate as a trusted advisor
