How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Do you love organisation, solving challenges, and making things run like clockwork? We’re on the lookout for an energetic and detail-driven Operations & Supply Chain Assistant to join our team and play a key role behind the scenes.

Santoro is an award-winning design house and we spend our days making beautiful things for our gift and collections including character brands, 3D pop-up greetings cards and luxury interiors lines. In this dynamic role you’ll be at the heart of our operations—supporting customers, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to delivery. This is a full-time on-site role at our Wimbledon HQ in south London.

    This role would suit either:

    • An experienced operations and supply chain professional looking for a diverse and challenging role, or
    • A bright, motivated graduate with strong organisational skills and initiative who is keen to fast track their career progression.

We are particularly interested in individuals who are hard-working, resilient and engaged, who will relish the challenge of working across a variety of demanding work-flows.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Supporting the coordination of daily operations across the business
    • Managing stock levels, inventory records, and replenishment schedules
    • Liaising with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners
    • Tracking shipments and ensuring timely deliveries
    • Delivering friendly, efficient support to customers via email and phone
    • Assisting with purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation
    • Monitoring operational performance and flagging any issues early
    • Keeping systems and databases accurate and up to date
    • Supporting the day-to-day running of our e-commerce platforms
    • Identifying ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes

    What we’re looking for:

    • Excellent grades throughout your education and ideally a degree in a relevant subject
    • A passion for gift and stationery products
    • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
    • A proactive, can-do mindset and strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
    • Clear effective communication and confidence working with internal and external partners
    • The ability to manage complex data effectively with excellent accuracy and numeracy
    • Proficient using spreadsheets and operational systems
    • Practical and logical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
    • Previous experience in operations or supply chain is helpful—but not essential

Why you’ll love working with us:

    • A supportive, collaborative team environment
    • Opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career
    • A varied role where you can make a real impact
    • Fast-moving environment that keeps things interesting every day

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll help power our day-to-day operations - keeping stock moving, systems updated, and processes running smoothly. If you enjoy variety, thrive on teamwork, and want to build skills across operations and supply chain then we’d love to hear from you!
