How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Studio

Known for a confident and highly distinctive approach to hospitality design, this studio has built a portfolio spanning destination restaurants, neighbourhood bistros, cocktail-led bars, and boutique hotels. Their work often sits at the intersection of brand and experience - from chef-led openings and operator rollouts to design-forward hotel concepts.

Projects typically involve a high level of detail and narrative thinking, whether that’s reworking listed buildings in London, developing layered interiors for European restaurant groups, or delivering lifestyle-driven hotel spaces in the US. There’s a consistent focus on atmosphere and materiality, but also on the technical side of hospitality - back-of-house planning, bar layouts, and the practicalities that underpin a successful project.

    The Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering high-standard drawing packages, ensuring technical accuracy and quality at every stage to bring concepts to life. You will collaborate with the team on design development, focusing on spatial relationships and the layered complexities of interior design. Responsibilities will also include research, space planning, FF&E specification, and the creation of FF&E and material schedules, all with a focus on functionality and aesthetic cohesion.

Under the guidance of an Associate, you’ll lead key elements of projects, with opportunities for site visits to ensure the design vision is realised.

    The Candidate

    • Strong experience leading the technical development of interior design schemes
    • Proven ability to produce detailed, high-quality drawing packages, including plans, elevations, sections, and bespoke joinery
    • Confident managing and coordinating drawing sets across multiple stages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for issue
    • Solid understanding of construction detailing, materials, and buildability within hospitality environments
    • Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical information
    • Ability to review and redline drawings, maintaining high studio standards throughout
    • Experience producing and managing FF&E and material schedules, with an understanding of specification and procurement processes
    • Comfortable attending site visits, reviewing progress, and resolving technical queries on site
    • Clear communicator, able to articulate technical decisions within the wider design team
