Head of Pricing
Permanent Salary: Up to £100k + Competitive bonus
Location: Central London with a WFH policy
Consumer Additions has partnered exclusively with a global leading multisite hospitality business to recruit a permanent Head of Pricing.
The Head of Pricing is a key role in the commercial team, and is ultimately responsible for developing and executing their pricing strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define and implement the Pricing Strategy
- Engage the leadership and commercial teams to secure alignment and ownership of the pricing strategy and initiatives
- Lead the delivery of the pricing roadmap
- Identify value differentiators and translate them into effective price segmentation strategies
- Drive profit per head through pricing strategy, product bundling, and basket optimisation
- Lead implementation of the Membership Strategy
- Evaluate membership pricing models
Requirements:
- Significant experience in senior pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics roles
- Track record in delivering profit growth
- Proven within consumer/product environments, ideal multisite hospitality or retail
- Strong experience modelling large datasets
- Experience operating within a complex stakeholder environment,
