Glyndwr Consulting Ltd is an independent, Welsh‑based quantity surveying and cost consultancy established in 2018, delivering traditional and specialist QS services across Wales and the South West of England. The firm supports clients throughout the full construction lifecycle—from early cost planning and procurement through to construction cost control and post‑completion review—placing strong emphasis on cost certainty, transparency, and proactive risk management.
With over 100 years of combined team experience, Glyndwr Consulting, a RICS regulated company, serves a diverse client base across Blue Light and emergency services, education, residential, commercial, heritage, and decarbonisation projects.Â
The Role
- Commercial and cost management of live construction projects
- Preparation of budgets, cost plans, forecasts and valuations
- Contract administration under JCT and NEC forms of contract
- Management of variations, applications for payment and final accounts
- Identification and mitigation of commercial and contractual risk
- Collaborative working with project teams, clients and the supply chain
About You
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience in a Project Quantity Surveyor role within construction
- Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Commercially aware, proactive and confident communicator
- RICS accredited or working towards (desirable, not essential)
