How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Introduction:

Founded in 1875, our long history has been built on innovation, craftsmanship and above all, incredible talent. Born from the adventurous spirit of our founder, Arthur Lasenby Liberty, we remain true to our heritage. From our fulfilment centres to our flagship store, passion, vision and dynamism are part of our DNA – and that extends to our team.

We are seeking a Digital Coordinator within the Digital Trade team at Liberty London. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and optimisation of the online trading strategy. Reporting into the Senior Digital Trade Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless on-site operations, supporting brand visibility initiatives, and driving performance through data-led insights. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class digital experiences, particularly across beauty and key trading categories.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to digital trading and site management.
    • Analytical mindset, with confidence in interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • An interest in digital commerce, particularly within fashion and beauty.
    • A willingness to learn, take ownership, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Digital Trade function.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee production workflows, managing prioritisation of ad hoc requests and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to the Digital Trade Assistant.
    • Own reporting for paid digital channels, with a focus on brand performance and actionable insights.
    • Lead from a site perspective on Beauty Drop and Rewards Week initiatives.
    • Brief and coordinate paid digital placements, working closely with internal stakeholders and manage Brand of the Month activity including briefing imagery.
    • Deputise for the Senior Digital Executive by attending beauty brand meetings.
    • Support Gift With Purchase (GWP) setup, coordinating with brand partners and internal teams to ensure accurate execution.
    • Conduct process reviews to improve digital performance (e.g. Attribution, site walk-throughs, and optimisation opportunities).
    • Lead weekly Monday trade reporting, sharing insights and recommending actions to drive performance.
    • Analyse zoning performance across key areas, including beauty navigation (mobile and desktop) and digital landing pages.
    • Oversee production reporting to monitor output and efficiency
    • Manage and maintain key trading edits (e.g. Bestsellers, New In), including product curation and regular updates.
    • Build and update product carousels to support trading and storytelling initiatives.
    • Support campaign execution, including pinning/unpinning products and ensuring accurate on-site representation.
    • Assist with campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in digital trading within a dynamic and iconic retail environment.
