We are working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm seeking a talented Contentious Construction Associate (2+ PQE) to join its highly regarded disputes team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners on complex, high-value construction and engineering disputes, both domestic and international. The team advises a broad client base including major contractors, developers, funders, and consultants.
The Role:
- Advising on a wide range of contentious construction matters, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
- Acting on high-profile disputes across infrastructure, energy, and commercial developments
- Supporting partners on complex cases while also managing your own matters
- Engaging directly with clients and contributing to business development initiatives
About You:
- 2–5 years’ PQE with strong contentious construction experience from a reputable firm
- Solid grounding in adjudication and/or arbitration
- Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
