Key Responsibilities
- Manage induction and on boarding processes
- Prepare HR reports, contracts and documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- First point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Support managers and provide guidance on HR queries or policies
- Manage HR initiatives such as employee engagement, performance management and learning & development.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and recruitment best
- practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases and outcomes
- Support Head of People and Organisational development with headcount reports
- monthly.
- Manage occupational health cases
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being and
- workplace culture
- Assist the Head of People and organisational development and Group People Director with ad-hoc projects as required.
- To always ensure the highest level of confidentiality
Skills and Competencies
- Minimum 3 years HR experience
- CIPD qualified
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Flexible working approach
